Holistic Approach to Cosmetic Surgery

In todays society looks count and the desire to improve oneself is
a natural consequence of living in an 'image conscious' society.
Dissatisfaction with our looks often result in feelings of low
self-esteem, depression, unattractiveness, a lack of confidence
and a feeling that our life is unfulfilled. Cosmetic surgery

psychologically - by taking control of negative feelings and

self-esteem, increasing your confidence and improving your ability

With our English, experienced,
well-qualified teacher/ trainer, who is a certified
practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Emotional
freedom Techniques, you will work on your own personal
programme, an holistic approach which incorporates elements of
life- coaching strategies, NLP, (Neuro - Linguistic
Programming) EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)and current
thinking in positive psychology. You can also choose to
explore moving metaphors by joining our trainer for some
gentle, relaxing Tai Chi (using Nikki Winston's approach)
sessions, which will complement and reinforce the positive
changes you will experience during your break. |

Upon arrival in Turkey your individual needs, limiting beliefs,
key issues and desired outcomes will be identified and a personal
programme planned designed to help you to maket he emotional and
behavioural changes to complete and fully enjoy the 'new you'.

Depending on the type of treatment and duration of your visit,we
recommend a minimum 5 hour programme for a one week stay and 10
hours for a 2 week stay. Additional sessions with our personal
trainer can be arranged as required.
