TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your contract is with BODY DESIGN TURKEY (BDT), trading as third party between the Clinic, hospitals, the surgeons , the dentists and yourself. We will provide you with arrangement services, and we do not accept any responsibility for the medical procedures disputes. We hold no medical qualifications; our liability is limited to a duty of providing you with arrangement services. Any medical or surgical advice provided through the BDT website, even if intended to be accurate to the best of our knowledge, should be discussed with the surgeon, dentist or other medical specialist as we are not liable for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of our site.
Neither do we accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that the surgeon or dentist feels that you are not fit enough to undergo surgery. Neither you or the surgeon are under any obligation to proceed with the intended procedures until a final and mutual informed decision is taken at your pre-operative consultation in Turkey. You may change your mind at any time
All the medical work undertaken is the responsibility of the clinic. The clinic will provide the client with all the necessary advices and instructions. if the client refuses to follow them resulting into any type of damage or loss because of the lack of care on the client's side, BDT does not take any responsibility.
In the unlikely event that during your pre-operative health tests and or consultation the surgeon is of the opinion that additional health tests / investigations, /medications need to be made regarding your procedure a final costing adjustment over and above the costing you have already received may arise. If this is the case the extra will be added to the original price quotation. BDT emphasises that any additional recommendations that may result in additional costs at any time before, during and after your procedure will be entirely in your best interests.
Body Designer Turkey reminds you that there are risks and uncertainties associated with surgery and cosmetic surgery is no exception. Always seek advice from your GP, surgeon or dentist before undertaking any treatment.
The information on this Web site is intended to present you to some of the basic facts concerning different surgery/treatments. Its aim is to give you general background information and serve as an introduction to them. The information obtained from this Web site however cannot be used to determine whether or not you will have the procedure carried out, nor is it a guarantee of the results or any outcome of the procedure/s you decide to undergo.
Body Designer Turkey assures that any private details and photographs received are treated in the strictest confidence and as such they will never be distributed or seen by any third parties.
In case of medical discrepancy or conflict for immutability of malpractice carried out by the patient, the parts establish and agree that all judicial action must be carried out by the patient towards the surgeon / professional within the jurisdiction of the Antalya of the Republic of Turkey, and that action will not be extended towards Body Designer Turkey since it is a company that puts at the disposition of the patient different professional option without exercising medicine professionally.

Medical Questionnaire
You must disclose to us all information relating to your health, which may be relevant to the provision of services or treatments we have arranged on your behalf .
By returning us a filled medical questionnaire you agree to let BDT and the clinic use this questionnaire for the purposes limited to medical use only.BDT does not take any responsibility in case the client has provided false information or has concealed client's full medical history.
All the information in the questionnaire will be treated in a discrete and confidential way. None of the information you provide us for the purpose of the treatment will be used in the future without your written permission.
You must provide us with the clear photographs of the area, preferably front and 2sides ,as it is important for the surgeon to be able to examine skin quall and overall shaping of the contours. You agree that your medical questionnaire and your photos will be forwarded by-e mail to BDT and that all the information enclosed will be treaded in the strictest confidence and they will not be seen or distributed to any third parties.
BDT will arrange an e-mail consultation with the surgeon / professional after receiving the medical history form and the clinic and / or other analysis requested by the surgeon / professional.
BDT strongly encourages you to ask all the questions you may have via e-mail or telephone. Concerning the procedure(s).All questions of a surgical – medical nature will be directed to the surgeon as part of the service. Neither the surgeon or you are under any obligation to proceed with the intended surgery until a final and mutual decision is taken at your pre-operative consultation in Turkey. You may change your mind at any time Both you and the surgeon / professional are under no obligation until after your pre -operative consultation.
You and the surgeon / professional have to agree about the anticipated outcome of your surgery / treatment , so that your expectations of the results will be reasonable.

Price and Payment
BDT commits itself to provide the client with the service agreed upon by both sides. The price of the overall service is a subject to change until the contract between the costumer and BDT comes into existence and the booking is confirmed. The contract between the client and BDT only comes into existence after the client sends the deposit and BDT issues in confirmation to the client. The date on this is considered as the starting point of the contract. By issuing the confirmation by BDT the booking of the service is considered as confirmed.
The final price of the service should include the treatment itself, as listed in the pricing guide , and additional costs which would be agreed upon. The additional costs include accommodation, if provided by ourselves, transportation to and from the airport. The client is responsible for any unexpected costs related to the treatment that are not already included in the treatment price guide.
An exact quote can only be given after your initial consultation with a plastic surgeon dentist dermatologist in Turkey. BDT reserves the right to change prices. All pricing changes will be posted on the BDT site, and such posting shall be considered sufficient notice to you of such changes. You are responsible for regularly reviewing pricing information as posted so that you have notice of such changes.

Terms and conditions of payments
After the agreement on the type of surgery and on the date of the treatment is made, a deposit of 300 GBP is required. This can be paid by a credit card or bank transfer. The rest of the payment is paid after initial consultation with plastic dentist or dermatologist in Turkey by cash or a credit card. By sending us the filled medical questionnaire, the client is confirming she/he has understood the terms and conditions.
Any extra expenses that are incurred during your stay and not specified e.g.. Personal spending, drinks, meals, shopping, excursions must be paid for during the stay and at latest prior to departure from Turkey.
We reserve the right to charge as a flat cancellation fee 300 GBP regardless the time of cancellation.
If you decide to pay by a credit / debit card the charge of 3,5% on top of your payment will be applied due to the increase of associated bank charges.
After every payment, an invoice with the remaining balance with all the payment details would be sent to the client.
 

Other circumstances
The client is responsible for his safe arrival to Turkey. BDT does not take any responsibility in case there is a delay in flight or if the client's travelling documents are not valid or insufficient .
BDT is not liable for any compensation in case our supplier cannot provide the service as agreed upon.BDT is not responsible for any unexpected circumstances requiring further costs and expenses which are beyond the subject of the contract, or which are beyond our control which we cannot foresee and avoid even after our best possible care.
In case there are any changes in the booking from the side of the BDT , we guarantee to provide such information to the client as soon as possible.BDT ensures its client that in such a case BDT will re-arrange the date or other conditions of the treatment to the client's satisfaction. Financial refund or non-monetary compensations are possibilities after mutual agreement is made.

Passports, visas and health requirements: It is your responsibility to have a valid passport and entry visa if necessary, which must be valid for 6 months beyond your date of return to your home country. We also recommend that you get a copy of the Department of Health leaflet 'Health Advice for Travellers' and also check with your doctor. Visa requirements for non-British citizens may differ and it is your responsibility to contact the relevant consulate before booking. We cannot accept liability or offer refunds for customers who cannot travel because they do not hold the correct documentation
