Order of Events to the new and more confident you!

Complete the enquiry form online and return to us.

You will receive an acknowledgment, a patient medical form and a consent form which should be read and completed as accurately and as honestly as possible then submitted to us online with 6 photos of the areas you want to have surgery on.

The surgeon himself will reply with his detailed recommendations, confirm the costs and offer a selection of dates for the surgery. Upon agreeing a date, you will be pencilled in for surgery.

At this stage the reservation fee of Euros300 or GBP200 is required by Body Designer in Turkey. (Account details will be supplied at this time.) This fee is required in advance to cover the booking and scheduling expenses involved with your surgery. This amount paid will be deducted from your final bill. You will now receive a written confirmation of the appointment with details of your arrival transfer, accomodation, consultation time and your surgery.

Your flight should then be booked either with our assistance or by yourself and the confirmation forwarded to us by mail or fax.

Before coming here we recommend you to have a check-up with your MD to ensure you are medically fit to undergo surgery. For larger surgeries (abdominoplasty) we suggest you have the blood test, a blood pressure-check and an ECG at home and bring the results with you. These will only be valid if done within the 10 days prior to surgery.

If your surgery requires a full anaesthetic, you will spend the first night at the clinic. If not, you will be taken to your hotel.

The surgery fee will have to be paid at the clinic after the consultation and before the surgery in cash or by credit card. Debit cards and personal cheques are not accepted. This usually takes place in cash (Euros or GBP) or credit card as transfers can take up to several days.  In the event that the patient can only pay by transfer this will have to be arranged in advance. Please note that an international transfer can take up to six working days.

Should you cancel the appointment within 14 days before the scheduled surgery, you will loose the administration fee. Should you wish to change the appointment more than 14 days before surgery is scheduled, the administration fee will be credited toward the new appointment.

In the event that it transpires during the preliminary examination in Turkey that the operation cannot be undertaken as required due to a previously undisclosed medical condition or other reason unfortunately the preliminary fee will not normally be refunded.
